Gender Old Wives Tales Baby # 2

 I thought I would see what the old wives tales say for baby #2. With Marshall the results were: Girl- 5  Boy-7 so obviously they were right!

Baby # 2

Sleep Position- Boy

Pay attention to which way you lay down in bed tonight. If you prefer sleeping on your left side, you'll have a boy. Right side? Your pregnant with a girl.

Upset Stomach- Girl

Little girls aren't always sweet. Extreme nausea means you are having a daughter.

Chinese Gender Chart- Girl

Soft or dry hands- Boy

If your hands are dry during pregnancy, you are having a boy; soft -- expect a girl.

Adult Acne- Boy or girl? I broke out during the first trimester.

If altering hormones makes your skin break out, expect a girl

Graceful or Clumsy Pregnancy- Boy

If you feel as though you're gliding through the day, you'll have a girl. Stumbling? It's a boy.

Face Weight Gain- Boy

If your face gets fuller, it means you're having a girl.

Sugar or Salty Food Cravings- Boy

Craving salt during pregnancy? Potato chips, pretzels, and popcorn means a boy is on the way. Need a little something sweet? Ice cream, chocolate, and candy means you're having a girl.

Mood Changes- Boy

If you're experiencing pregnant mood-swings, expect a baby girl to arrive soon.

Even and Odd Numbers- Boy

If your age and year of conception are both even or odd, it's girl. One even, one odd means a boy.

Baby's Heartbeat- Boy

If the baby's heart beats more than 150 times per minute, you're pregnant with a girl. Less than 150, it's a boy.

Hair- Boy 
Has your hair become thinner and dull? Or full-bodied and glossy? Thin and dull says girl, gorgeous and glossy says a boy.

So according to the wives tales I'm having another Boy! 
We will find out March 19th!

Pregnancy update 
18 weeks
Weight gain- 2 lbs.
Feeling- Tired but overall ok
Craving- pizza, cheddar popcorn, soup, vanilla ice cream, cookies

Dr. appointments- I went in for a heart beat check at 16 weeks and every thing sounded great. Heartbeat was 150.

Movement-I started feeling flutters with this pregnancy around 16 weeks. This is probably because I already know what it feels like. With Marshall it was closer to 18 weeks. I'm not feeling a lot of movement with this pregnancy just yet. Mostly little flutters here and there.

Everyone says with the second pregnancy it goes by quicker, you forget your pregnant half the time (especially with a toddler running around), and you don't take as many bump pictures. These have all been true for me so far hence thetwo bump  pics!
