P96! Yummy!

Plexus has an amazing protein powder! It comes in vanilla or chocolate. I like it because it comes in individual packets and it's gluten free! I usually blend it with coconut milk, a banana, and spinach or peanut butter. Here is a little info and some delicious recipes!



I made this thin mint shake around St. Pattys day and it was delish! I have young living essential oils so I used their peppermint oil. 

I add the protein to the pancakes I make for the boys. I actually just mash a banana, egg, protein, and a little peanut butter and they are delicious! 

I've made these protein balls too and they are a great, easy, filling snack! 

Fall is my favorite season and coming soon! Can't wait to try this pumpkin shake.

I make this all the time with coconut milk and it keeps me full for a couple hours.
