Life lately

I'm going to have a newborn soon so I want to document life as much as I can because it is weird to think a year ago I had a 5 month old! It really does go by so quickly! So here is what we've been up to lately. Basically a photo dump. Lol

I don't know if you can see but Marshall was sleeping with his feet through the rails. I thought it was pretty funny.
Speaking of sleep- he's been sleeping terrible lately, waking up multiple times at night. I was wondering what was going on and my friend suggested an ear infection so I took him to the doctor and sure enough he had one in his right ear. So we are on a RX again. :( poor baby! Hopefully he starts sleeping better because I am beyond exhausted!

Marshall got his sixth hair cut...
I promise I'll stop counting! I know his hair looks so good in the picture while he is getting his haircut but he was starting to get a mullet and it was in his eyes. Everytime I get it cut I almost regret it because he looks older. :(

I had an amazing student teacher this semester. Her last day was last week. We will miss you Kelsey!

Our neighborhood had a community garage sale so Marsh and I checked it out. I could have shopped all day! Shopping in your neighborhood is the way to go! We found these trucks for a quarter a piece and a lawn mower for Marsh!

My friend Britanny, had her bachelorette party and bridal shower all on the same weekend. It was so much fun having girl time! We did hair blow outs, toured a winery, and went to dinner. Courtney is about a month ahead of me in pregnancy and joined us for the first half of the day. It was nice having another preggo there.
I came home in between to change for dinner and Marshall wanted me to hold him, of course.

The next day at the bridal shower.

It has been so hot for May but we've played outside as much as we can. Marshall is on our neighbors' deck. They sold their house so no one lives there at the moment.

Marshall playing outside at daycare...

Daddy bought mulch!

We wore grey for Missy. Such a bittersweet day. It makes my heart happy that so many people think about Missy on this day and honor her by wearing grey but I wish we didn't have to wear grey. I wish she could have met Marshall and the next baby. :( I miss her every day.
I still have all my pictures of Missy saved on my phone. Here's a couple of my favorites.
I still can not believe she is gone.

Every year I host a "muffins with moms" for my students' Mom's. This was my ninth year and will probably be my last for awhile since I plan on staying home next year.

Speaking of Mother's Day, this year my mom came up Saturday and watched Marshall that night while Rob and I walked around an outdoor mall and got ice cream.
On Mother's Day we took Marsh to the zoo. It was 89 degrees which is way too hot for a pregnant person to be walking around but it was fun. Marshall has started noticing animals a lot more the last couple months.
He loved the aquarium.
Mouth full of goldfish
Monkeys! Marshall started making monkey noises when he saw them.

The day I turned 27 weeks, Marshall turned 17 months! He snuck into my bump picture. Hehe!
I had another doctors appointment and it was time for the glucose test. The baby's heartbeat was 143 and my belly measured 28.5 cm. Everything is looking good! I'm having a hard time sleeping lately and having lots of Braxton hicks contractions. I guess I need to drink more water.
13 more weeks and I'll have another baby! That is just crazy sounding!
