Here are some alarming statistics about Breast cancer. 

• Breast cancer Kills almost 400,000 women worldwide each year.
• Nearly 44,000 women and around 350 men are diagnosed with breast cancer each year.
• Nearly 12,500 women and approximately 70 men die from the disease each year.
• 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
• Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death amongst women. 
• It is the cancer most common to women in the world.
• Finding a lump at stage I offers better than a 95% chance of full recovery.

Plexus has an amazing protein powder! It comes in vanilla or chocolate. I like it because it comes in individual packets and it's gluten free! I usually blend it with coconut milk, a banana, and spinach or peanut butter. Here is a little info and some delicious recipes!

I made this thin mint shake around St. Pattys day and it was delish! I have young living essential oils so I used their peppermint oil. 

I add the protein to the pancakes I make for the boys. I actually just mash a banana, egg, protein, and a little peanut butter and they are delicious! 

I've made these protein balls too and they are a great, easy, filling snack! 

Fall is my favorite season and coming soon! Can't wait to try this pumpkin shake.

I make this all the time with coconut milk and it keeps me full for a couple hours.
